Our Payroll services are comprehensive and designed specifically to let any small to medium-sized
organisation in New Zealand outsource its payroll. You are in control every step of the way, and we offer you
a choice of payroll processing services, as we realise that not all organisations have the same needs.
Job Costing
Full Costing
is provided - but you can turn it off it you don't need it.
Leave
Leave Entitlement and
Liability calculations
are performed for Annual, Sick and Lieu, or you can turn them off and just calculate pays. Staff can
also (optionally) submit online Leave Requests via their payslip kiosk for approval.
Banking
Authorise a single payment. Your payroll can be processed by a Direct Debit, or
we can create a Bank File
for you to download and transmit to your bank.
(You will need banking software from your bank for the second option).
PAYE
Include your tax payments in your payment to us and we will
act as your PAYE Intermediary and manage all your payroll-related taxes and returns with Inland Revenue -
or we can produce
remittance certificates and
monthly returns for you to file yourself.
Outsource
Fully outsource your payroll processing to our bureau service, where
our data entry staff will do all the data entry on your behalf.
Simply send us the timesheets and other changes. Alternatively, many customers prefer to
do it themselves - its so quick and easy.
