Implementation Fees (One Off)

Organisation Set Up: $50.00
Initial Employee Load: $10.00 Per Person Set Up
 

Processing Fees (per Pay Run)

Payroll: $7.75 Per Week
First 5 People: $1.10 Per Person Paid including Rebate
Effective 1-Dec-2006
Remaining People: $1.75 Per Person Paid - Standard Rate
Bank Transactions: $0.25 Per Bank Transaction

Notes

  1. Prices exclude GST.
  2. Bank Transactions count:-
    • Each line on your Bank Schedule. (This may include one transaction for our Processing Fees and one for Collecting Commissions, if any).
    • Each line on your Bank Statement if we direct debit your account. (Processing Fees, Tax money collected and Nett pay may be separately itemised).
  3. Multiple Users (after the first two) incur additional fees.
  4. Other fees may be charged for additional services with your prior agreement. For example, ad-hoc training services, customisations, or additional implementation services.
  5. Rebate applied by iPayroll Ltd. Only applicable to qualifying organisations approved by the Inland Revenue Department as Small Employers with a tax frequency of one return per month.
  6. A minimum monthly processing fee of $35.00 applies.
