Reporting in iPayroll® is very flexible. There are a number of standard reports available,
that contain many powerful features.
- Reports often contain links to other reports, so you can easily 'drill-down' to get more
information about part of a report.
- Reports can be viewed on screen or printed.
- Reports can be emailed to anyone.
- Reports can be opened as a text file.
(This can be useful if you are trying to load the information into another program).
- Reports can be opened directly in Microsoft Excel
(if you have this program already installed on your PC).
This is a very useful feature if you have Excel - try it!
Reporting Groups
Reporting Groups
are a powerful feature that allow you to set up your own table-driven reporting fields for
your personal files. Once you have set up your reporting groups, and recorded them against
each person you can produce a range of Human Resource Reports.
