By registering with iPayroll as a Donee you have secure on-line access to your own web site. iPayroll will make donation payments directly to you on behalf of employers and you can generate donation receipts that iPayroll will automatically pass back onto employers on your behalf. This dramatically reduces your administration and dispenses with the traditional paper receipts - which ensures you're doing your bit to reduce your own carbon footprint.

Use iPayroll Giving to promote your cause to potential donees. iPayroll's payslips, emailed pay advices and Payslip Kiosk encourage donations - and you can even set up your own wording in the iPayroll Giving Kiosk.

iPayroll^® Giving for Employees

Make donations directly from your pay and receive immediate tax credits. For every dollar you donate you'll receive a third back as a tax credit in the same pay period.

iPayroll Giving allows to add and remove donations yourself, simply by logging into your Payslip Kiosk. This service is available to you as long as your employer uses iPayroll to process their payrolls and manage their payroll-related taxes.

iPayroll^® Giving for Employers

Payroll Giving with no administration. The iPayroll Giving service allows your employees to manage their own donations - adding, changing and removing them as they want themselves through the self-service Payslip Kiosk.

Additionally, your employees will be able to donate to any of iPayroll's pre-approved donees. There is no need for you to check that donee organisations are approved by Inland Revenue, or pass donations onto donees, as iPayroll provides all administrative services on behalf of employers.
