The Employee Kiosk allows your staff to view their own payslips, request leave, enter timelogs, view tax summaries and other pay history, sign up for email alerts and even donate to a charity of their choice. Employees can simply use their unique ID or email address to securely log into the Employee Kiosk from their phone, at home, or anywhere. The Employee Kiosk takes the hassle out of managing leave requests, means no more paper timesheets and reduces waste from printed payslips.
iPayroll Giving comes with no administration costs. The iPayroll Giving service allows your employees to manage their own donations by adding, changing and removing them as they wish themselves through the self-service employee Payslip Kiosk.
Your employees will be able to donate to any of iPayroll's pre-approved charities. There is no need for you to check that charity organisations are approved by Inland Revenue, or to pass donations to donees, as iPayroll provides all administrative services on behalf of employers.
Your staff can make donations directly from their pay and receive immediate tax credits.
For every dollar they donate they will receive a third back as a tax credit in the same pay period.
Employees can choose the charity or charities of their choice and donate as much as they like, as often as they want. They can donate once or set up a recurring donation.
