Timble’s seamless integration with iPayroll

The integration between Timble and iPayroll securely shares key workforce and payroll information between both systems, ensuring data consistency and improving the accuracy of every pay run.

Data shared between Timble and iPayroll includes:

  • Employee details (names, email addresses, and payroll IDs).
  • Approved timesheets and total hours worked.
  • Leave requests and leave types.
  • Pay-period details and status information.

Once connected, managers can approve timesheets and leave in Timble and export them directly to iPayroll. Payroll data stays aligned with staff records and approved hours, creating a simple, reliable process from scheduling through to payment.

Connect Timble with iPayroll

To connect Timble with iPayroll:

  1. Log in to your Timble Admin account.
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > iPayroll (New Zealand).
  3. Enter your iPayroll account credentials to complete the connection.
  4. Map each Timble employee to their corresponding iPayroll record.

Note: Leave types are automatically mapped, so no additional setup is required.

Once connected, approved timesheets and leave requests can be exported directly from Timble into iPayroll for processing.
